We believe the Bible is the true Word of God.
We believe in salvation through Jesus Christ.
We believe that God has a plan for every living person.
We believe that success is measured by the degree to which each person's life conforms to the plan that God has for him or her.
We believe, practice, and espouse biblical principles of leadership.
We believe that the careful application of these principles brings resounding success. The process of applying these principles to develop oneself is what we call self-leadership.
We believe that those who are unable to lead themselves cannot successfully lead others.
We believe that when individuals understand and strive for what they are capable of doing, they and their families, organizations, and communities will be much more successful.
