Our
process
Our
approach to managing your organization development function consists
of four parts:
- 1.
Mission and values. Our initial effort is focused on understanding
your mission, vision, and values as they form the basis of our
approach to designing your learning and development strategy.

Needs assessment. To develop the right solutions for your workforce,
we work with you to determine the depth of a perceived or known
deficiency or opportunity for development. We then design programs or
interventions to address the needs.

Delivery. We partner with you to determine effective delivery
methods. There are times when it may be necessary for us to deliver
an intervention. More often than not, and to ensure a seamless
relationship, our clients will be trained to deliver most of the
interventions.

Measurement. We measure progress toward set goals to ensure the goals
are being met. Quarterly reports are provided to our clients.
