Personalized
Coaching
Most
organizations understand the value in grooming their rising stars.
These budding leaders must embody, represent, and transfer the values
and purpose of the organization.
These
leaders typically possess stellar technical skills but, more often
than not, need to develop their leadership potential. Star
Leadership® can help. Our seasoned leadership development, human
resources, and organizational learning experts will work with them
one-on-one to identify and correct deficiencies, hone existing
skills, and acquire new ones.
Our
process
Our
approach to personalized coaching consists of four parts:
1.
Mission and values. Your mission, vision, and values form the
basis of our approach to management, leadership or executive coaching
[we refer to your leads, supervisors, managers, senior management,
and executives as leaders because they all have a responsibility for
cultivating, modeling, and achieving all that your organization
stands for]. We customize our materials and interactions based on the
values you want your leaders to cultivate.
2.
Needs assessment. To develop the right solution, we work with
our clients to determine the depth of a perceived or known deficiency
or opportunity for development. We then set a goal based on our
assessment.
3.
Design intervention. We design appropriate intervention and
partner with our client to establish a mutually convenient routine
that includes face-to-face meetings, regular phone calls, and email
contact.
4.
Measurement. We measure progress toward set goal in the middle
of the coaching period. Intervention may be modified or reinforced
based on results. We measure progress at the end of the engagement
and provide a summary of engagement.
